Josh Kalish, a partner in the law firm Odell Girton Siegel LLC, consults on Rower LLC cases involving complex business and transactional issues.
He has a balanced history in “big law” in addition to two tech start-ups, and he brings to us deep transactional experience, spanning financings, strategic partnerships, M&A, as well as technology development and licensing. Josh began his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in the Corporate Department, gaining experience in complex securities work. He transitioned to startup life as the General Counsel for Ingress Capital, and then as the Commercial Director and General Counsel for the Australia-based energy startup One Big Switch.
He’s a people person at heart, but practicer of loner-ish hobbies like classical guitar, fiction reading/writing, skiing, fly fishing and cycling. He has a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. He’s also the husband of a professional photographer.
