Alexandra Prendergast

Paralegal and Legal Assistant

Alexandra joined Rower LLC as a paralegal in 2023. She graduated from Wesleyan University in 2020 with a BA in government from the College of Social Studies. She received honors for her senior thesis, “Left Behind But Not Forgotten: The United States’ Jus Sanguinis Obligations to Abandoned Amerasian Children,” and her research was accepted by Harvard’s annual Engaged Scholarship & Social Justice Undergraduate Research Conference. She spent summers working for Middletown’s Office of the General Counsel, Lawyers for Children, and the Office of Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton. 

After graduation, Alexandra spent two years at Mintz Levin as a project analyst. At Mintz, she coordinated the Domestic Violence Project, working alongside attorneys to help secure positive legal outcomes for many survivors. She was also involved in human rights research and worked on immigration matters for clients pursuing asylum in the United States. Alexandra completed a Fulbright in Brussels, Belgium, where she taught secondary students English.

In her spare time, Alexandra is an avid runner and baker. She enjoys traveling and hiking with loved ones.
