Since joining Rower LLC in 2023, John has worked on a wide range of matrimonial matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce and post-judgment disputes, and interjurisdictional child support matters. Stemming from his belief that everyone should have the right to build a family of their own, John has worked to build the fertility practice at Rower, working with clients in an evolving legal landscape on sperm and egg donation, embryo disposition agreements, parentage, and surrogacy matters. Whether litigating in court, consulting in a mediated divorce, or negotiating an agreement, John believes in supporting each client with empathy and patience.

Prior to joining Rower, John was a litigation associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where he worked on commercial litigation matters and white-collar investigations and also maintained a large pro bono practice.

John graduated from Vassar College in 2013 with honors in music. After working as a legal assistant at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, John received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2019.

John is admitted to practice law in New York. 

Outside of work, John enjoys playing piano, knitting, and reality TV. John resides in Brooklyn with his cats, Max and Koko.
