Nina serves as the director of business development for Rower LLC. In her role, she develops and implements the firm’s client-focused business development strategy and initiatives.

Prior to joining Rower LLC, Nina held business development roles at other law firms, most recently at Cohen & Gresser LLP, where she led firmwide business development initiatives. She began her career in legal marketing and business development at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP. 

Nina received a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications, where she was also the co-director of public relations for the Medill Cause Marketing Initiative. She graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in history and French literature.

Outside of work, Nina loves to read, watch movies, practice Pilates, and spend time with family and friends. She lives with her husband and larger-than-life cat and splits her time between the U.S. and Europe.
