Patrick Marecki

Patrick is a seasoned litigator with nearly 20 years of experience practicing a wide variety of complex litigation, including matrimonial, financial restructuring, internal investigations, securities regulation, and corporate and international law. Patrick also has broad experience in developing creative solutions to complex prenuptial agreements.
Prior to joining Rower LLC in 2023, Patrick worked as a litigator at Milbank LLP, Baker Botts L.L.P., and Togut, Segal, & Segal LLP, where he developed extensive writing and trial experience and acted as a trusted advisor to boards of directors, senior management, estate fiduciaries, and individuals. While Patrick is a fierce litigator, his pragmatic approach recognizes that litigation is a means to an end, not an end in itself. He strives to find creative consensual resolutions to contentious problems, and uses his deep restructuring knowledge to safeguard client assets.
Patrick graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005, and completed his undergraduate degree in political science magna cum laude at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Manhattan with his two cats. In his free time, Patrick enjoys reading science fiction, cooking, and meditation.
