GRACE KIM
Paralegal and Legal Assistant
Grace, who joined Rower LLC as a paralegal and legal assistant in 2021, is originally from Los Angeles, California, and graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service majoring in culture and politics with a minor in Spanish. Concentrating her major studies in identity and conflict, Grace found a passion for studying in the intersection of conflict resolution, law, and advocacy which is what brought her to Rower LLC with future aspirations to be a lawyer.
While at Georgetown, Grace conducted independent research in issues of diversity and inclusion in international relations curricula, researched for the Smithsonian Institution Cultural Rescue Initiative, and interned for her congressman. Committed to community service, Grace spent her time outside of the classroom volunteering in DC as a tutor for the DC Schools Project and as an immigration and labor project volunteer for the Kalmanovitz Initiative for Labor and the Working Poor.
In her free time, Grace is passionate about film and television and is an avid movie-goer during awards season. Outside of watching film and television, Grace also enjoys spending her free time reading fiction, painting, and cooking.
