Hayley joined Rower as an associate in 2025. She represents clients in an array of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, divorces, cohabitation agreements, and child custody. Additionally, she maintains an active pro bono practice.

Her interest in family law was first sparked by her law school internship at Sanctuary for Families, where she represented survivors of intimate partner violence. Her passion for advocacy and commitment to client-centered work motivated her transition to matrimonial and family law, where she enjoys both the transactional and litigation aspects of her practice.

Before joining Rower LLC, Hayley was an associate at Gunderson Dettmer LLP, experience which she draws from at Rower in representing startup founders and high-net-worth individuals.

Hayley received her BA, magna cum laude, from Brown University and her JD, cum laude, from NYU School of Law, where she was a Robert McKay Scholar.

Hayley is a born-and-raised New Yorker and currently resides in Brooklyn. In her free time, she enjoys live music, skiing, and the theater.
