Since joining Rower LLC in 2022, Raluca has supported clients in an array of family law matters spanning financial divorces, custody, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment issues in both Supreme and Family Court. An advocate for settling outside of court when appropriate, Raluca takes care to understand the obstacles that her clients encounter and helps them find practical solutions. She works tirelessly to help clients see the different options available to them and comprehend the implications of each.

Having previously practiced family law at one of Manhattan’s top boutique matrimonial firms, Raluca has years of experience representing clients in high conflict matters. Her deep and genuine interest in helping others first attracted her to family law. Raluca listens closely to her clients, and they appreciate her kindness and flexibility during an emotionally challenging time. She prides herself on her ability to aggressively advocate on behalf of her clients without compromising her belief that all people should be treated with respect.

Raluca earned her law degree while working full time for an international commercial real estate firm where she focused on contract and lease review for major corporate tenants.

After growing up in Manhattan, Raluca and her husband now call Queens home. Outside of work, Raluca enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and dog in upstate New York.
