Stephen joined Rower as operations specialist in 2026. In this role, he assists with firm administration, works closely with the IT team on technological support, and helps with other daily necessities in the office.

Prior to joining Rower, Stephen worked with various child advocacy centers and law schools, facilitating roleplay-based abuse scenario training programs for child services agents, junior lawyers, and law enforcement officers. Stephen is highly adaptable and detail-oriented and draws from these strengths in his work at the firm.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, taking care of his dog, reading gothic literature and mystery novels, and is an avid film buff. He gladly challenges anyone to a round of movie trivia.
