Yukie, who has been with Rower LLC since its inception in 2017, is responsible for day-to-day operations and management such as client billing, bookkeeping, payroll, employee benefits, new hire onboarding, as well as management of operations staff. With more than twenty-five years of administrative experience, including seven years as the executive assistant to the CEO of Lebenthal Holdings, LLC, as well as the firm’s office manager, Yukie’s professionalism and phenomenal organizational skills are unparalleled.

It is because of Yukie’s attention to the details that our firm’s legal professionals can focus all their time and energy on meeting our clients’ legal needs. With her meticulous approach to organization and dedication to process improvement, Yukie ensures that the daily operations, office logistics and special projects run seamlessly and efficiently with care.

Originally from Sendai, Japan, Yukie grew up in Okinawa and North Carolina, and currently calls Long Island, New York her home with her husband. Yukie is a “foodie” who enjoys taking time to travel every year to immerse herself in new cultures and indulge in the local culinary scene, and an adventurer whom, to our horror, loves bungee jumping from tall buildings on the Las Vegas strip and zip-lining across mountains during her travels.
