The American Dream or the English Affair: Getting the Transatlantic House in Order

While the UK and USA have long maintained their "special relationship," for families with links to both countries (or considering a move between the two), that relationship can be fraught with pitfalls as well as promise. When considering residency rights, intergenerational wealth preservation, or a marital separation, outcomes can differ significantly depending on the arrangements made in each of these two seemingly similar jurisdictions.

Please join Claire Yorke, Patrick Harney and Steven Bostock of London’s Mishcon de Reya LLP for an in-person panel discussion moderated by Alyssa Rower on the importance of the right advice at the right time for clients with a UK connection.
