Before joining Rower LLC as an associate in 2020, Jen was an associate in the litigation group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she represented institutional clients in a variety of matters, such as government investigations, securities litigations, and insurance coverage disputes. Jen’s commitment to family law grew out of her extensive pro bono practice at Simpson, through which she gained experience advocating on behalf of individual clients in crisis.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude, Jen received her JD from NYU School of Law in 2018, where she served as an editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.

A born-and-raised Manhattanite, Jen, her husband and their son now call Brooklyn home. Outside of work, Jen enjoys traveling, documentaries, and British crime dramas.
