Nicole leads Rower’s trust and estate planning practice and has spent over a decade advising clients on both basic and complex estate planning, long term care planning, and special needs planning.
Nicole’s in-depth knowledge of trusts and estates allows her to assist clients in safeguarding their assets, minimizing tax liabilities, and ensuring the smooth transition of wealth to future generations. Bringing this extensive experience to matrimonial and family law, she is committed to helping individuals and families achieve peace of mind by creating customized estate plans that protect their legacies and ensure their wishes are carried out effectively.
Rower’s boutique trust and estate planning practice is focused on individuals with nontaxable estates, and Nicole enjoys creating highly personalized plans that reflect clients’ bespoke wishes. Additionally, she advises Rower’s clients on trust and estate planning as it relates to family and matrimonial matters. She helps clients devise or restructure plans in alignment with their wishes when they are entering a prenuptial agreement or going through a divorce
After graduating from James Madison University, Nicole received her JD from Syracuse University College of Law, where she also earned a certificate in estate planning and published her note on international inheritance rights.
Nicole is admitted to practice law in New York. She resides in Hartsdale, New York with her husband, their two children, larger-than-life dog, and two cats. Originally from Maryland, Nicole is a die-hard Ravens football fan, an avid runner, and a lover of travel.
